Anatolia University and FICAC launch an Executive Diploma in Consular Practice and Diplomacy

Anatolia American University, in collaboration with FICAC – The World Federation of Consuls, launched a fully online Executive Diploma in Consular Practice and Diplomacy, a two-week (30-hour) program aimed at professionals and aspiring diplomats. Successful participants who complete an optional final test receive an Executive Diploma, while all others are awarded a Certificate of Attendance.

The program combines short videos, narrated presentations, curated readings, and three live interactive sessions covering international law and organizations, global security, protocol and etiquette, and women in diplomacy. Participants are expected to strengthen their understanding of key principles, global security challenges, and diplomatic protocol, while gaining insight into the evolving role of women in diplomacy.

Past participants praised the course’s “well-cited and informative written content,” its “clear understanding of diplomatic protocol,” and the “excellent, user-friendly presentation style”. Many reported that the program offered a strong global overview of diplomatic work, encouraged exchange of experiences, and “motivated continued self-education” in diplomacy-related topics.
